It was a moody grey wintery afternoon in Greenpoint New York's McGolrick Park, but the energy was high and fun as I set out to photograph this boy and his beautiful family for their Christmas holiday photos. I am so happy to have captured this enchanting still moment of Jack's sweetness, and beyond thrilled to have awesome neighborhood mothering blog Motherburg feature the portrait (turns out Jack's mama is one of the editors, and she loved how the photos turned out - YEAY). This Saturday, October 25th, I had the utmost pleasure of both experiencing and photographing the extremely talented, funny and gorgeous Natalie Arneson in her New York City Metropolitan Room solo cabaret show, 'Mama Drama.' The critics loved the show about the young actor mom trying to make it in NY, and called the show 'charming.' I think it was nothing short of SENSATIONAL.
